BEML (Bharat Earth Movers Limited) was formed in the year 1964 and it is a public sector undertaking (government sector)
organization. BEML is mainly involved in the manufacturing activities of
numerous types of heavy equipments
related to the fields of earth moving, mining and other similar areas
of functioning. The organization has established itself as the second
largest organization which has its area of function in this sector in
Asia. The manufacturing units of the organization are equipped with the
latest technology required to manufacture tools and machines of high
quality and reliability. The organization was earlier administered by
the ministry of defense in India.BEML Recruitment 2013 Details:
BEML will be conducting a recruitment process for various vacancies that have occurred in the organization at various levels in different departments.The available vacancies are related to the posts of Assistant Manager (Grade 3), Engineer/Officer (Grade 2), Asst. Engineer/Asst. Officer (Grade 1), and Clerk Cum Typist (Wage Group B). The different departments / disciplines with which the available vacancies are associated with are as follows: Human Resource, Finance and Audit, Quality, Civil, Clerk Cum Typist.
The total number of vacancies associated with these positions is 26, which are divided among the various disciplines as follows: HR – 2 vacancies, Finance and Audit – 3 vacancies, Quality – 4 vacancies, Civil – 1 vacancy, and Clerk Cum Typist – 3 vacancies. The reservation policies related to the vacancies would be applicable as per the instructions and regulations of the government.
Who is Eligibility for BEML Recruitment Project
The maximum age limit for the post of Assistant Manager is 40 years, for the post of Engineer / Officer it is 37 years, for the post of Asst. Engineer / Asst. Officer it is 36 years and for the post of Clerk Cum Typist it is 34 years. Upper age limit relaxations would be applicable for the candidates who belong to the reserved categories based on the instructions given y the government.The various educational qualifications which would be applicable for the different natures of vacancies available in the organization are B.E/ B.Tech/ Degree/ M.Com with CA/ ICWA, MBA/ MSW/ MA in relevant disciplines based on the position for which the candidates are applying.
Selection Procedure
A list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared in the early stages based on their educational qualification, age, etc. The shortlisted candidates will later on be required to appear for written test round and an interview process. Final selections would be made on the basis of the performance of the candidates in these rounds.
