Qualifications & Experience (As on 1st September 2013):
i). Diploma in Printing / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Tool & Die / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate (50% in respect of SC/ST candidates). These courses should have been recognised by the Government. ii). the applicants should also have at least one year post qualification experience in Production / Manufacturing Unit. Or iii). The applicants should have passed IT / NTC / NAC in the trades of Letter Press / Offset / Plate-making / Graphic arts / Retoucher / Tool and Die Maker / Mechanic / Electrician / Electronic Mechanic / C.O.E trade of Production Manufacturing / C.O.E trade of Electrical with a minimum of 55 marks in aggregate (50% in respect of SC/ST candidates). These courses also should have been recognised by the Government. iv). the applicants who have passed ITI / NTC should also have at least two years post-qualification experience in Production / manufacturing unit. v). Further, the applicants who have passed NAC should also have at least two years post qualification experience in production/manufacturing unit. However, one year Apprentice Training in the production/manufacturing unit will also be counted for the purpose of two years post qualification experience in their case. Age (As on 1st September 2013): Not more than 28 years. (i.e. candidates born on or after 2.9.1985 are only eligible to apply).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & AGE:
1. Must be able to read and write a regional language i.e., Telugu or Urdu.
2. Must not be less than 160 CMs in height
3. Must be holding a Driving Licence valid for driving HPMV and HGV or
“TRANSPORT VEHICLE” continuously for a period of not less than 18 months on
the date of selection.
4. Must be above 22 years of age and below 35 years of age as on 1.7.2012.
5. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/BC candidates.
6. Ex-servicemen candidates who are former members of Deference services of Indian
Union will be permitted to count the period for which they have held a Military heavy
duty vehicle licence towards the period. Further, Ex-servicemen candidates will be given age relaxation to the extent of actual
service plus 3 years subject to maximum age not crossing 45 years.

Selection Procedure - The Selection will be done by conducting Driving Test to all the eligible candidates.

FEE: OC candidates (i.e., other than SC/ST/BC communities and Ex-Servicemen)
should enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rupees One hundred only) drawn
on any scheduled Bank in favour of APSRTC. In case of SC/ST/BC communities
and Ex-servicemen should enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.100/-
Submission of application – The candidates applying for the post have to submit
their applications on or before 18.12.2012 at the respective Regional Manager’s offices either in person or trough Registered post/Speed post.
